The opening of a new physical location called for an update to the website design, a more light and colourful approach to reflect the friendly and welcoming nature of the workspaces.

The website is built in wordpress, to allow the Northspace team to easily update content. Instapage is used for the location pages, to allow for easy A/B testing.


Using a combination of social media and google ads, our team helped develop a customer journey focused on conversions, leading to a 400% reduction in cost per lead.



Northspace gives entrepreneurs and small businesses a space to cultivate innovation, creativity and to grow their business. Its open space concept allows ideas to flow and its meeting rooms allow for privacy for team meetings. With 2 locations in North York, their offices give off that downtown feeling without the long commute.

Finding members for Northspace's new location

Starting in the fall of 2019, our team collaborated with Northspace’s to run creative ad campaigns aimed at attracting new members. The campaigns were a success, attracting new inquiries, booking workspace tour, and converting new members.

There are many coworking offices in the Greater Toronto Area which makes it a highly competitive industry. With Northspace’s new office about to open in September 2019, Northspace reached out to us to help with increasing brand awareness and filling up their new space.


Our team works with Northspace to attract entrepreneurs to Northspace’s new location at Eglinton and Don Mills. Our efforts include:

  • Designing and managing new ad campaigns to increase leads
  • Creating an email drip campaign to nurture leads and further increase conversions
  • Help refine a customer journey from initial interest to booking a tour and becoming a tenant
  • Planning, designing, running and optimizing Facebook and Google ad campaigns
  • A/B testing of ads and landing pages
